Macy is built using a combination of different services including Twilio for call routing, Vapi for voice handling and OpenAI ChatGPT 4o for her “brains”.

Macy answers all incoming calls to Revium, taking notes and passing them on to her human counterparts using Slack – including the person who called, their number, what their message was and whether the issue was urgent or not.
