The Australian Psychological Society (APS), representing over 27,000 members, is the peak body for psychologists in Australia. APS sought Revium's expertise to develop a temporary, yet effective solution to ensure their article Insights were accessible and functional. While the APS website was in 'maintenance mode' due to a planned redevelopment.
APS is dedicated to advocating for psychologists, promoting community wellbeing, and providing continuous professional development. As part of their ongoing efforts to support their members, APS required a temporary solution for their Insights section while their website was undergoing a complete redevelopment.
APS faced a significant challenge with their InPsych magazine and associated articles, which were previously published on their website. With the website in 'maintenance' mode due to a planned redevelopment, APS needed a temporary yet effective solution to ensure the Insights section remained accessible and functional for their members and visitors.
APS requested that Revium leveraged the existing brand and components that were implemented during the previous branding works.
By introducing a more structured content modelling approach, Revium aimed to create a temporary solution that would allow APS to continue publishing their Insights content seamlessly.
The approach not only utilised the Kentico v12.0.103 platform but also ensured that the solution was both efficient and aligned with APS's branding.
The temporary solution enabled APS to re-use existing components to migrate their Insights content effectively.
The approach significantly improved the user experience (UX) and facilitated a smoother content migration process.
By addressing the immediate needs of APS, Revium ensured that the Insights section remained a valuable resource for APS members during the website redevelopment phase.
