What we deliver on Claude

Most teams buy licences and stop there. We set Claude up so it's useful from week one. That means organisation-level instructions, project configuration and connections to the systems your people already use. We also set up a shared memory layer, so context builds over time instead of resetting with every chat. Then we train your people by maturity level, so experienced users aren't sitting through the basics and newer users aren't left behind.

How a Claude engagement runs

Discovery and maturity calibration
A working session with two of our consultants. We map your current tools, workflows and any existing Claude setup, and confirm the use cases worth the most to you. We also work out who needs enablement and who needs optimisation. You leave with a map of where you are now and a rollout plan sized to it, so you're not paying for foundations you already have.

Orientation
Training sessions tailored to each maturity group. We set shared language and guardrails: when to use Claude chat versus Cowork, and what good prompting and skill use look like. We also agree what gets trialled, standardised or left experimental during the pilot.

Guided setup
Hands-on sessions in small groups. We set up each person's workspace, connect their tools and get scheduled tasks running against their real recurring work. A tested onboarding skill keeps setup consistent across the group.

Ongoing support (optional)
After onboarding you can move to a monthly subscription, or stop there. It's month to month with no lock-in. Each month closes with a regroup where you set priorities, and a short report on what we delivered. Support ranges from on-call advice through to workshops, new skills and rollouts across several departments.

Anything that needs to be production grade, like a custom application or a deep system integration, is scoped separately so the cost of a build never comes as a surprise.

Yes. Your organisation holds its own Claude licences and data. Our fees cover our time and expertise.

No. Discovery is there so we can see what's already working and build from it. If AI tools have spread across the business without much coordination, that's where we consolidate them.

Claude Chat, Claude Cowork, Claude Code and the Claude API. Which ones you need depends on the use case, and we'll recommend the simplest setup that does the job.

We support Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini and OpenAI too. We lead with Claude where it fits, and meet you on your platform where you've already committed.
