We begin with a rapid scan of your website, and other chosen data sources. Once the bot has been trained on your data it won't deviate from it. This is because our chatbot has been built using Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) so we can ensure it gives accurate responses and it doesn't suffer from hallucination problems,
Once the bot has all of the required information we then refine how it handles that data. This usually means managing key data at a granular level and adding or removing items as required. We can also add relevancy weighting, making sure the most important things are mentioned first. Once we are happy with the bots level of knowledge we can set it to automatically re-scan and update itself periodically if necessary and move to the next stage.
Next up we use prompts to give the bot custom instructions. Combining rules, common-sense, and even suggested personality traits where suitable.
Finally, once the bot knows what we want it to do and how we want it done we can complete a final round of tests and launch.
