Lydia Chew

Lydia is a problem-solver who works to first understand issues and needs, before learning more about them so she can develop a solution in any form, media or execution. She then works to measure, optimise and repeat effective solutions for better efficiency, knowing that every problem is unique, and so should be the solution.

Outside of work, Lydia enjoys a good cuppa, spends time experimenting in the kitchen and go on nature walks with her choco Lab, Rollo.
