We set up the workspace structure, databases, templates, permissions and integrations, then pilot it with one team so we can fix what doesn't work before it reaches everyone.

Migration and rollout
Content moves across in stages, teams get role-based training, and each area of the workspace gets an owner.

After launch, we can stay on for new workflows, optimisation and admin support. Or we hand over fully, with documentation your own admins can run with.

No. Your organisation administers and pays for its own Notion subscription.

Definitely not! We audit what you've got, keep what's working, and restructure the rest. Most workspaces need a clean-up and some rules, not a rebuild.

Often, but not always. Notion can take over a lot of what separate wiki, document and project tools do. Some specialist tools are still the better fit, and we'll recommend which ones to keep.

Notion connects with most common workplace tools. Where it doesn't, we can build a custom integration through the Notion API.

All delivery is onshore in Australia, from our Melbourne and Brisbane teams, under our ISO 27001 certified information security management system.
