The firm faced significant challenges with their existing infrastructure for managing interactions with class action claimants. The lack of essential features and capabilities in their current system introduced professional risks and cost challenges. This inefficiency hampered the management of class actions, necessitating a streamlined and automated solution to handle information collection, verification, and secure distribution of funds, all while minimising the need for developer intervention.
Revium proposed a custom-developed solution comprising a customer and administration portal designed to simplify the entire class action management process for the firms team.
Utilising a tech stack that included the .NET framework, React, Formstack, and Microsoft SharePoint, all hosted in AWS, Revium aimed to empower the firm to manage class actions end-to-end autonomously.
The customer portal facilitates efficient collection and verification of participant information, allowing claimants to view and capture payout information seamlessly.
The administration portal enables the firms’ staff to create new class actions and manage the process internally without the need to navigate different systems or rely on developer involvement.
This bespoke solution was tailored to meet the firms' specific requirements for security, efficiency, and autonomy in class action management.
