Australian Homeware Enterprises (AHE) approached Revium to improve the digital presence of their Flatpax Utility brand of affordable joinery, by rebuilding both the Flatpax Australia and Flatpax New Zealand websites.
Australian Homeware Enterprises (AHE), is a leading manufacturer and distributor of some of Australasia’s most loved hardware brands, including kaboodle and Flatpax joinery solutions, Monarch paint accessories and Inabox storage, available through Bunnings Warehouse. AHE as part of our partnership approached Revium to improve the digital presence of their Flatpax Utility brand of affordable joinery, by rebuilding both the Flatpax Australia and Flatpax New Zealand websites.
The existing Australian website was built on an outdated version of Joomla CMS, making it difficult to use and maintain. Additionally, the branding no longer reflected the company's current image. There was no dedicated website for the New Zealand market, which was a significant gap given their expansion plans. The new Flatpax website needed a modern, user-friendly, and easily maintainable platform that could effectively showcase their product range.
Revium proposed a comprehensive rebuild of the site using the Storyblok CMS, Vercel Hosting, Nuxt Frontend Framework, and Tailwind CSS framework.
This modern tech stack was chosen for its ease of use, scalability, and performance.
We also developed a new website for the New Zealand market, ensuring both sites aligned with the updated branding and content.
Our approach focused on creating an engaging and user-friendly experience that would be easy for the AHE team to update and maintain.
The newly launched websites for both Australia and New Zealand have significantly improved performance and usability.
Both sites feature best-practice user tracking and are optimised for SEO, ensuring better visibility and engagement.
The fresh look and feel of the sites align with updated branding, and the scalable platform allows for future growth and enhancements.
Feedback from AHE has been overwhelmingly positive, particularly regarding the smooth collaboration and seamless go-live process.
