The Australian Psychological Society (APS) is the peak body for psychologists in Australia. APS partnered with Revium to revamp its membership renewal system on the Kentico platform, resulting in easier management of memberships and improved user experience.
The Australian Psychological Society (APS), representing over 27,000 members, is dedicated to advocating for the psychology profession and promoting community wellbeing. To enhance member experience and streamline administrative processes, APS sought to revamp its membership renewal system on their Kentico platform.
APS faced several challenges with their existing membership renewal process. They needed to simplify how members joined multiple interest groups and managed payments. Additionally, they required a consolidated system for accessing invoices and financial records, along with an easy-to-use interface for updating payment preferences. The goal was to enhance the overall user experience and administrative efficiency.
Revium addressed these challenges by implementing necessary changes on the APS Kentico website.
Utilising the existing components and integrations, we tailored the membership renewal process to meet APS’s new requirements. This included resolving existing issues related to payments, invoices, and user experience, ensuring a seamless and intuitive process for members.
The project resulted in a fit-for-purpose interest groups section within the Member Portal, allowing APS to meet their new requirements effectively.
Subscriptions were streamlined through Braintree, and members benefited from an improved user experience with all relevant details accessible in one place.
The transformation facilitated easier management of memberships and payments, enhancing member satisfaction.
