Revium’s Charity Support & Volunteer Work During FY24

The Revium team has a strong commitment to giving back to our community and doing what we can to reduce our impact on the environment.

Revium gives back by donating a portion of our profits to charity each year. Another way we show our support is by taking part in volunteer programs.

The Revium team put down their laptops, put on their hi-vis vests and headed to the Koala Kids warehouse! The Koala Kids Foundation is an amazing organisation dedicated to making a difference for children during their cancer treatment. They run several programs throughout the year, supporting these kids as well as their families and healthcare teams.

We spent the day volunteering at their warehouse, packing Easter activity packs that were sent to hospitals all over Victoria. As well as preparing 'Happy Kits', which are packs of essential items that are delivered to children who are undergoing treatment and their families.

Did you know that one blood donation can save up to three lives! Donating blood through the Australian Red Cross Lifeblood program gives everyone the opportunity to support our fellow Australians. A group of Revium team members rolled up their sleeves to donate blood.

Movember is a global community that shines a light on the mental health struggles faced by men across Australia and around the world. Through various programs, they raise funds towards suicide prevention and bring researchers and experts together to combat prostate and testicular cancer.

Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) supports Australians affected by breast cancer, working to provide them with the best care, treatment and assistance. Breast cancer is an all too common disease - with over 20,000 Australians diagnosed with breast cancer each year. Revium purchased virtual tickets to the Pink Lady Fundraiser Match to stand with the charity and those fighting and surviving breast cancer. The BCNA is also proudly supported by Red Energy – one of Revium’s long term clients.

For the fourth year in a row, Revium has supported the World Wild Fund (WWF). It all started when Revium adopted a turtle we named ‘Franklin’. The WWF works to protect vulnerable species, particularly in Australia’s Great Barrier Reef. Through local and large-scale initiatives, the WWF aims to restore Australia’s land and ocean.

Starlight is another incredible children’s foundation, brightening the lives of children undergoing intensive treatment. Starlight’s programs such as their volunteer events, fundraising challenges and their renowned ‘Make a Wish’ initiative, provides sick kids and their families truly special memories.

Beyond Blue is one of Australia’s leading mental health organisations. Beyond Blue has a free 24/7 phone and online support service for those struggling with their mental health. Their safe and reliable online community gives individuals access to information surrounding mental health, where to find the best professional help and gives them the opportunity to connect with their peers.
